When you rent a vehicle through eBookingHub.com, you enter into a rental agreement with us. This agreement includes these Terms and any additional terms specific to your booking. All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old (age may vary by vehicle type).
• Possess a valid driver’s license recognized in the rental country.
• Provide accurate personal and payment information.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations can be made online via eBookingHub.com.
• Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking or pickup, depending on your chosen payment option.
• We accept major credit and debit cards. Security deposits may apply.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used according to local laws and regulations. Use of the vehicle for commercial purposes, racing, off-road activities, smoking, or transporting hazardous materials is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

5. Insurance and Liability

• You are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.
• Optional insurance may be available to limit liability; check your booking confirmation for details.
• eBookingHub.com is not liable for personal injury or property damage arising from vehicle use.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to pickup are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a fee equal to one day’s rental.
• No-shows will be charged the full rental fee.

7. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Refueling charges may apply for returning below the required level.

8. Modifications

eBookingHub.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
