• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a fee equal to one day’s rental.
• To cancel, use your account dashboard on eBookingHub.com or contact our customer support team.

2. No-Shows

If you fail to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notice, a no-show fee equal to one day’s rental will apply.

3. Cancellation by eBookingHub.com

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability or maintenance issues. In such cases, we will:

• Provide a full refund.
• Assist, wherever possible, in arranging an alternative vehicle.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Any additional bank or card fees are the responsibility of the customer.
